French Polynesia Travel Blog came about after 33 trips together to this incredible destination. My Better Half (Zelle) had been to French Polynesia 4 times before I met her. I knew this was her happy place ... so when I asked her to marry me I promised I would take her to French Polynesia every year. I've kept my promise ... oh, and make her coffee every morning. ​

We have enjoyed land based vacations including small boutique places to expensive resorts. We've cruised French Polynesia 20 times on 4 smaller ships. In total we have visited 10 islands in French Polynesia and 2 in the Cook Islands. ​

15 years ago I was a destination expert on TripAdvisor. For 5 years I shared my expertise of French Polynesia under the name 'Tiki In Tahiti'.

10 years ago I started helping people on Cruise Critic under the name 'Tahitian Big Kahuna' ... you can still find me there every day answering general questions.
